the staff were very helpful. breakfast was nice. the room was lovely. i found the location safe.
I found the menu quite limited for the evening meal. the sofa bed was awful. i didn't get any sleep at all as it was very uncomfortable. there were not many channels on the tv. Only three.

The staff were very helpful! breakfast offered a good variety. the location was great. It was easy to get to nearby attractions. there was ample parking available too.
The lighting in the room could definitely use some improvement. It felt a bit dim, especially in the evenings.

inconsistent shower temperatureblocked shower trap
The shower temperature was inconsistent! It kept switching between scalding hot and freezing cold. The shower tray also filled up quickly, almost overflowing. Apparently, other guests had complained about the shower temperature too. I am frustrated that management has not fixed these recurring plumbing issues.
